Joel’s skills are next to none. He is able to not only deliver more than what was required but deliver it all before the time needed allowing us more time to review and assess. Apart from development, he is also a great communicator and individual. His people skills are brilliant and he is able to lead and manage whilst still having time to still program himself. I would recommend Joel to anyone, he is a needle in the haystack that you really do not want to lose.
